After being burned by Off Road Express in Erie. I had enough. Forgot about this gem. Called right before closing time with an Inventory question. Caleb went out of his way after hours to fulfill my questions. Bought a very nice used bike on Saturday and a brand new overstock 2018 on Monday. The entire staff went out of their way with everything. Got some free hats, got a discount on a few more. They even went out of their way to get me the best price available. 5 stars all around. I am AMD will be a lifelong customer. No dealership, cars, trucks, SUVs, and definitely NO bike shop operates at this level. Happy customer.

Adam was more than patient with me as I thought about my purchase and had to deal with some not so good weather days to make the deal, but it all came together and I love my 2010 Harley Davidson Heritage Softail! We live near Buffalo New York and had been looking for a new 4-wheeler for several weeks only two met with rude salesman at our local dealerships which was a big turn-off to us so we started looking outwords and finally found ST&T. From the first phone call with Adam in sales, I knew I had found the place to buy our new ATV as he took the time to explain the process and had a great personality. He made the buying experience very simplistic and fun for us. After driving more than 2 hours not knowing what to expect, my kids saw the new shiny Polaris Sportsman 570 sitting in front of the store with a custom congratulations sign on the front. What an awesome sight to see after a long drive. The experience only got better once we walked inside and were greeted by friendly staff and were introduced to our sales professional Adam. Adam took the time to make us feel at home, feel like family, and even entertained my three-year-old for a while. After I finished up the paperwork, Adam came outside and showed us the 4-wheeler inside and out. Other staff even came out to take pictures for us and the manager gave my son a hat and a die-cast dirt bike which made his week! It is the little things like this that make you wish every buying experience was as Grand and eventful as this was for me and my family. I have bought many toys and new vehicles throughout the years, however I have NEVER had a buying experience as wonderful as this was. We would drive all day and all night to have another buying experience like this! The crew at ST&T has made a customer for life and we have raved to all of our friends and family about our experience and encourage everyone in the market to make their purchase from this wonderful family owned dealership! Street Track and Trail goes above and beyond any other dealership i've ever been to. From the sales department through service and parts-all top notch! I was interested in buying a new Harley Breakout when they first came out. Another local Harley dealership got the first one in so I went to check it out. They wouldn't let me get within 20 feet of it! I was told no to touch it let alone sit on it and don't even think you are going to ride it!. Street Track and Trail got their first one in a few days later and called to tell me. I went to take a peek at it they already had a plate on it for me to ride it! I can't say enough good things about the staff and the Lepleys they are just great people. I've been a customer of theirs ever since I can remember and will be for as many years to come as I can imagine. You just can't find people like this anymore. Big Shout Out to Mark Yeager in parts. I ordered a throttle cable for 03-660 Grizzly ATV, slight mix up in the parts dept. regarding shipping. Mark went out of his way to followup and locate the item. Kept me informed by calling when updates were available. Very personable, took ownership of the problem, apologized a number of times. Performed what is called a "service recovery" in the customer service industry. All this for a relatively inexpensive purchase. If this is the kind of service rendered for such a purchase, I surely will be back to use this company. I can't say enough of how well I was treated! After I rescheduled my service on my 2012 Roadglide I didn't feel I should cancel my appointment. Mother nature did not cooperate, I got soaked! Ever been to a Harley Shop where they ask if you want to put on a dry pair of pants they had and they will get yours dried? Or two or three people ask if you want something to drink Water, coffee, pop?( at different intervals of course) Let you know that you are welcome to sit in the lounge.
